Our Cancellations Policy
We operate a stringent 48-hour cancellation policy to protect our teachers’ income. Should you cancel for ANY reason within this timeframe, we will ask you to pay for the lesson. No exceptions will be made. We cannot book further lessons until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
Repeated Cancellations
Keeping our cancellations to an absolute minimum is very important to us. This ensures that our teachers don’t have large gaps in their teaching calendars, ensuring that they don’t lose out on their income. Please state
Music School CCTV
By sending us your registration form, you agree that you fully understand that all of our teaching rooms, corridors, kitchen and reception have high definition 4K CCTV cameras recording constantly. We take child protection, staff protection and our insurance obligations very seriously. We never view recorded footage unless we are required to for reasons such as trying to locate a client’s lost property.
Your Information & GDPR
We never sell or share your data. Your details are placed on a secure platform and will be used to create an online account for you to book lessons, pay for lessons and view your lesson notes. We fully comply with GDPR regulations and you are free to have your details removed from our systems and deleted fully at any time.
