Merchiston sits right on our doorstep. From the villa streets between Colinton Road and Bruntsfield it's a straight run down Morningside Road to our school on Comiston Road, which is why Merchiston families have been part of the school since we opened in 1999.

The area has music in its bones — grand drawing rooms with long-serving family pianos, children heading to and from the local schools with instrument cases, students around Napier's Merchiston campus. Whether it's a child starting piano or violin, a teenager preparing for grade exams, or an adult finally taking up singing or guitar, every lesson is private, 1-2-1 and taught by a fully qualified, PVG-registered teacher, at our Morningside studio a few minutes away, or online.
